- Receive 09 WTGs GW155 Goldwind 4.5Mw from international ships, transport and load at Long An International Port
- Marine barge transport (06 WTGs) from Long An international port to site jetty of Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province.
- From December 2020 to September 2021
